Pain that won't let up
wears you down

When your back locks up during a meeting, or your neck stiffens at your desk, or a headache turns a Wednesday into a lost day, it's not just discomfort. It's your work, your workouts, your time with family. All of it takes a hit.

Most people push through it. They stretch. They pop ibuprofen. They tell themselves it will pass. Sometimes it does. Sometimes it doesn't.

If pain has been showing up more often, lasting longer, or getting worse, that's a signal. Something structural is going on and it's time to find out what.

Casey Morgan D.C.
Second-generation
Austin chiropractor

Dr. Morgan grew up noticing two things. Other kids were always going to the doctor and he never was. And his dad loved going to work every single day. At sixteen he decided he'd be a chiropractor too.

Parker University graduate. Board Certified by the NBCE. Second generation. Adjusting patients in downtown Austin since 2016.

His approach is simple. Find the actual cause. Fix it. Then keep it from coming back.

If you've been to a chiropractor who just cracked you and sent you out, this will feel different.

Dr. Morgan took time to listen to my medical history, he was friendly and knowledgeable, and best of all, I walked out of his office better than I had in months (I've been limping for months). The proof is definitely in the pudding. His staff is friendly. They are on time and the office is nice.

Amazing. Dr. Morgan is thoughtful, compassionate and driven to help his patients alleviate pain. My daughter was in town temporarily (so he knew she could only see him for two days) yet he spent a lot of time in the office understanding her symptoms as well as time after hours studying her X-rays. After his adjustments, she was much better. He also followed up after she had left and made a referral for someone close to where she lives. He truly cares.

Dr. Morgan and his team are really professional and friendly. The whole process is fast and easy. As a massage therapist, my job requires a lot of repetitive movement and overuse of hands and wrists. I have found a lot of relieve and I've been able to work pain free. I am planning to keep a regular visit routine as a preventive treatment. Highly recommend West End Chiropractic

Common Questions

How much does it cost to be a new patient?

If you're using insurance, send us your info when you book and we'll look into your coverage before your visit. We're in-network with most major carriers. If you're paying yourself, call us or ask when you book and we'll tell you the cost up front. Your first visit covers your exam, a consultation, and any necessary digital X-rays.

Do I need a referral to book?

No, you can book directly. The one exception is certain HMO plans that require a referral from your primary care doctor. We’ll let you know when we look at your coverage.

What insurance do you take?

In-network with BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Surest, Aetna, Meritain, Humana, Ambetter, Ascension SmartHealth, Curative, WebTPA, and Medicare. Send us your insurance info when you book and we’ll look into your coverage before your first visit, so we have a good idea of what your plan covers by the time you walk in.

Do I need X-rays?

Only if your exam suggests it. If Dr. Morgan takes them, they happen on site at your first visit, so there's no separate imaging appointment and no separate bill. He reads them himself and shows them to you right then.

What if I'm nervous about being adjusted?

Tell Dr. Morgan. He starts gentle on your first visit to get a feel for your spine before doing anything else. Most people describe an adjustment as relief. You might hear a pop, which is gas releasing from the joint, not bones cracking. If something's tender, he'll work around it.

How many visits will I need?

Dr. Morgan won't know until he's examined you and reviewed your imaging. A typical plan runs about 24 visits over 90 days, usually two to three times a week at the start. Some people need less. He'll give you a real recommendation on your second visit, once he's looked at everything.

Do I have to keep coming forever?

No. Once the problem is corrected, most patients move to maintenance, usually about once every two weeks. Some stop entirely. Dr. Morgan will tell you when you're there. He's not going to keep you on a schedule you don't need.

How long does a visit take?

Your first visit runs about 30 minutes because of the exam and imaging. After that, most visits take a few minutes. That's on purpose. Dr. Morgan built the practice around working people, so you can come in on a lunch break and still make your next meeting.
